Designed and delivered leadership professional skills, communication skills, and software training (MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word) to casino employees and tribal board members.

Designed and created the Water Wizard Online application, which provides accurate and up-to-the-minute water resource consumption reporting and trending information.

This project included the planning, implementation, staffing, and budgeting of a help desk team to provide Microsoft and Apple software assistance and instruction.

🚀 Voice of the Employee Video Series

Created, produced, edited, and interviewed on-camera talent for the "Voice of the Employee" employee interview video series.

🚀 Nationwide Computer Training Program

Designed and implemented the Microsoft Software Applications Training program. This national program provided software training to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio users of all experience levels in both group and one-on-one training environments.
